Welcome to Worship Ministries! Like our congregation, worship comes in many shapes and sizes. Each of us has been gifted by God and we are instructed to use those gifts to serve Him and others. As such our ministry area is very diverse. Our mission is to provide a Christ-centered worship environment through music, drama, and dynamic teaching.
Berean has four different styles of service and worship. Our 9:00
hour is a classic format with traditional hymns, choir anthems and orchestra.
There is also a handbell choir and special music selections to provide a serene
and worshipful experience. At 10:30, there are two worship
styles to choose from. The “Venue” is a contemporary
service with an informal atmosphere. The ultra-current music is presented
by a worship team and praise band. The sermon is simulcast “live”
from the Worship Center. The second option during this hour is the Contemporary
service in the Worship Center. The Worship Team and Praise Band lead the worship.
SOULstice meets at 5:30 pm in the Worship Center
and is the most contemporary of our formats – worship in an intimate and comfortable
atmosphere. The music is progressive and the aesthetics promote reflection.
