Community Life/Care Ministries
As the church, we have the responsibility to care for and respond to the needs of the people in our church as well as to those in our community.  Berean looks to its people to minister to the needs of those they know and befriend.  This attitude fits the mentality that we are the living church.  By God’s design, the church reaches out to others in love.   Some needs and struggles in life are very specific.  We have ministries that support and come alongside those during these hard seasons of life.  To learn more about what we offer, please follow the links below.

• Marriage Mentors (more info)

  • Marriage relationships encounter bumps along the way.  We offer marriage mentors for soon-to-be-married couples and those who are in the beginning years of marriage.  The marriage mentors have gone through extensive training.  More importantly they have many years behind them and can mentor younger couples as they prepare for marriage or help existing couples strengthen their relationship.  To find out more you can confidentially

• Divorce Care and Divorce Care 4 Kids (more info)

  • If you and/or your kids are currently walking the road of divorce, are separated, or are experiencing struggles in your marriage relationship, we have a Christ-centered support group for adults and kids.  We typically host this 13 week program twice a year, once in the fall and once in late winter.   • Are you currently, or have you in the past been affected by cancer?  A support group meets once a month throughout the year to pray, care for, and offer support for each other during the difficult journey of cancer.

  • Grief comes to us all at some point in our lives and it is often best handled with others who are currently going through or have gone through this difficult stage of life.  Grief Share is a program which examines Scripture and shares together in this difficult stage of life.
