Kristi Ollila
Miss Kristi is one of the teachers in the Preschool Plus program. She has been at BEC since January 2001. Miss Kristi has a Elementary Education (with Kindergarten certification) degree from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. Miss Kristi is married, lives in Burnsville and has 4 grown children and 4 grandchildren. Miss Kristi feels blessed to be able to teach where she can share the word of God with the children each day.
Jillayne Otto
Mrs. Otto is a teacher in the Preschool Plus program. She has been at BEC since September 2003. Mrs. Otto has a Child Development Associate and also attended Bethel College for 2 years. Mrs. Otto is married and has 5 children.
Pat Baker
Miss Pat is an Assistant Teacher in the Preschool Plus program. She has been at BEC since November 2002. Miss Pat has her Associate of Arts in Education from Fullerton Junior College in California. She is married and has two daughters.
Pam Manno
Mrs. Manno is the Tuesday/Thursday teacher in our 4 year old preschool program. She has been at BEC since 1997. Mrs. Manno has a degree in Elementary Education (K-6) form Augsburg College in Minneapolis. Mrs. Manno lives in Burnsville with her husband and two daughters (both alumni of BEC), they are members of Berean Baptist Church.
Evelyn Clifford
Mrs. Clifford is the Monday/Wednesday/Friday teacher in the 4 year old preschool program. She came to BEC in 2005. Mrs. Clifford has a BA in Elementary Education/K-6 from Augsburg College and has taught preschool for 14 years. She is married and has two adult children.
Wendy Hartley
Mrs. Hartley is the three year old teacher at BEC. She has been at BEC for 9 years. Mrs. Hartley attended 2 years at Joliet Junior College in Joilet, IL. She holds a Child Development Associate credential. Mrs. Hartley is married and has 3 grown children. She is a member of Berean Baptist Church and sings in the Sanctuary Choir.
Robin Minnie
Mrs. Minnie has been with BEC since Septembet 2003. She is teaching in the 4’s program with Mrs. Clifford. She attended Winona State University for 2 years in Elementary Education and has worked in the Early Childhood field for 10 years. Mrs. Minnie is married and has 4 grown boys.
Esther Hagstrom
Mrs. Hagstrom is our Pre-Kindergarten teacher. She has taught at BEC for 15 years. Mrs. Hagstrom has a degree in Early Childhood Education from Dakota County Technical College. She is married and has 4 children.
Melissa Perry
Ms. Perry is the Kindergarten teacher. She has been at BEC for 8 years. Ms. Perry has a BA in Elementary Education/K-6 from Bethel University. Before coming to BEC she lived in Boulder, CO and taught 2nd grade for 2 years.
Marilyn Fensterman
Marilyn currently works in the office at BEC as the office manager. She has been with BEC for 26 years previously working in the 4 year old program as a Teacher Assistant. Marilyn has taken classes from Dakota County Technical College. She is married and has 3 grown children.
Pam Kiser
Pam is the Director at BEC. She began working at BEC April 1982 as a teacher and became the director in 1985. Pam has an AA degree from Inver Hills Community College in Early Childhood Education and a BA from Metropolitan State College in Human Service Administration. Pam is married and has one son.
MorganMcCaskill
Miss Morgan started working in our Preschool Plus program in the fall of 2007. She is continuing to work with the Preschool Plus program and also working with Mrs. Manno on Tuesday/Thursday with the 4’s. Miss Morgan graduated from Burnsville High School this June 2008.
